We dealt mostly with Sebastian Grases and he was excellent with handling our situation with the end of lease being extended as they had not received any 2025 Terrain's - however 2 were received before our 1 month extension was up....He was very intelligent to our needs and explanation of all the information on our new Terrain - if there was a scale of 1 to 10 we would have to give Sebastian 10 plus. We just enjoyed working with him along with Laura Nicoletto and Mike the Finance Manager - it was really a pleasurable experience - had some fun with all of them and they handled any concern we had with our new lease.....Also got to meet the owner of Jo-Dan - we have been leasing with Jo-Dan since 2013 and have always been treated great....Thanks to all
